I paired it with a purse from Red Dress that is similar in shape to the Chanel flap purses and a pair of shoes from Lulus that are similar to the Valentino Garavani rock stud sandals. Although I styled this dress for a dressier occasion, you could also style it down with a straw belt, straw flats or mules, and a straw bag. Now for a white dress that will summon thoughts of the countryside, tea parties, sun, books, plants, and all things cottagecore. I love this dress. For more casual occasions where you still want to look elegant, I put together this outfit with these wonderful shorts from Asos. I can’t stop praising these shorts. Especially if you have an hourglass body, these shorts will hug your waist and be comfortable on your thighs. This hat’s also ideal for those sunny days when you will be outside and don’t want to get burnt.
This dress is the pink dress of dreams! It has many lovely romantic features that are so on trend this year, such as puff sleeves, interesting necklines, ruffles, and smocking. I get so many compliments every time I wear this dress. I don’t particularly appreciate that the sleeves have tight elastic, so that is something to be aware of if you have larger arms. I wish they would keep this dress and all the other dresses in the H&M Wildflower collection in stock permanently! This dress is so pretty and made out of 100% cotton. I will not talk about it too much since this was a limited collection and all the dresses are out of stock.
If you love red, then you will love this dress. The fabric composition is 100% linen. It is very cool but also comfortable because of the smocking on the back. I love that you can easily wear it to casual occasions or more formal occasions.
I bought this viscose top from Forever 21. Although I love the color and style, I really would not recommend it. One of the stitches in the smocking unraveled during the first wash. I will be on the lookout for a similar style from a different store. This blouse style is very versatile and would look equally good with a skirt, shorts, or pants.
For super casual occasions in the summer, you can’t beat jean shorts. In this picture, I decided to style the shorts with a simple tank top and a cute boater hat. You could wear this if you go to an outdoor market, thrift shopping at a flea market outside, the beach, or wherever you need to be very comfortable.
